Facts are if there is not a good deal or a good reason attached to this CR, that doesn't use the words "potential" Dirk would have blown the trust he has been working on building. Re stocking inventory for a potential deal is not good enough.
The positive is if there is no deal attached, anyone who will want to invest more will probably get a good chance at low 30's again.
