    Then not one director or staff member should be allowed to participate in this discount raising or SPP.

    If the market cannot be informed of the specifics and the directors and staff have information they cannot share - then IMO the law is crystal clear on this -

    They cannot trade. - ie. buy stock

    IMO

    Particularly at discount rates.
