The 2 new directors do not officially start until 10th December ?????
They probably do not even know about the details !!! Should not even know about it!!!
They have not started their directorships.
Wonder how they will feel about it ???

No doubt they will find out about it all on Monday when they start.

My concern is that the SPP will be scaled back dramatically.
5000 shareholders at $15000 maximum is 75 million dollars.
5000 shareholders at $5000 is 25 million dollars.

According to AFR article posted on this thread SPP is for 3 million.
So maybe $600 dollars each. Why bother???

Will AJX allow oversubscriptions of the 3 million?
Does anybody know?

Sure Alexium did all those roadshows before the agm to institutions.
But gee 12 million placement to 3 million spp is a bit one sided.
Should have been a rights issue and smaller placement to be fair imo.

At the end of the day feels like they are just improving the balance sheet to look solid enough with respect to servicing some of these big future deals that will drop in 2018.
