if I go on the assumption that you are correct - then, that would surely mean (if they are checking our balance sheet) -

that the deal is basically done otherwise --- ie. guaranteed as long as we can supply.


Now - to me - if it's that big - and that sure

and, it can't be public because the military just does things that way - (god knows the Russians might use the information)


then ------------ we should be in suspension until the deal is complete


companies go into suspension for weeks or months on larger deals all the time.
