If there is no contract though and the directors participate, then isn't there the risk that the "discount" that they gave themselves becomes a premium when the market punishes the share price for breaking their promise?
If there is a contract though and the directors participate without providing information to the market then I see your cause for concern. But if the contract is big enough we could all be celebrating anyway, however unethical it was.
I don't know, its a wait an see with Alexium as it always is.
Oh well two things to really look forward to next week. Alexium on Monday and seeing my twins on ultrasound on Tuesday.
