    Why pay 35c when the SP will drop to 35c and probably lower if there is no news with this CR?

    Only reason in my view is if there is some inside info. $12mill is going to sophi/private placement. Not easy to accumulate 12mill of shares without pushing the price up so may be incentive on this basis. Otherwise I agree, why pay 35c?
