that would certainly be one way to repay the faithful Mak (not), many many of whom have suffered through years of SP depreciation. if they were to hand over a chunk to a mate who didnt want to pay fair market price i would feel betrayed...
i am expecting the company to offer more detail on the CR raising, or are not allowed to? i guess they are not obliged to either but it could be damaging if no explanation offered.
if it is for reasons speculated above they can have the rest of mine back on Monday...
