Well 2 things were said at AGM regarding capital raise.
1. Not needed unless large orders coming that require large funding.
2.Someone then asked Gavin if retail shareholders would be included in the Cap raising this time and he said yes via a SPP.
It will all be revealed pretty soon I believe, as one post said that a 12 million placement will require a bit of detail from company
