No, they have been able to ramp up for customers for alot less than $15 M (lets say $12M as the other 3 may take some time to raise)
So lets be a wee bit pessimistic and say they repay the credit facility ($5M) that still leaves more than $7M less broker etc. So at least $5M for production increase......that's a big increase. They would have to had won a contract/orders of some kind to justify that to themselves, let alone the SH.
