Maybe 10-15% discount to VWAP I'd say. Could end up being something around 0.016. I'm more interested to see how much they raise and what they plan to do with the money.
I don't hold at the moment but have in the past. I think this stock is undervalued but suffering from a bit of uncertainty due to North Korea being in the news every second week.
