With only $9m, and falling, in the bank plus frenetic activity, a CR was only a matter of time.
We can wonder at the terms and scale of the raising. Price would likely need to be below immediately recent lows ¬1.20. There have been many recent CRs that have failed, in the sense of trading below the CR price for extended periods afterwards. Price it right and all will be well.
