My guess they probably done some kind of merger or aquisition. They are a startup and thus expansion important esp when basically a consulting company with airpocket.
Likely to be accretive so would expect share price to rise on that kind of announcement. But if two small startups then i would not expect a significant rise but nevertheless in the right direction.
One never knows of course but thats what makes most sense at this stage. Next Tuesday should be interesting.
