I think the question may be refined to will small S/H get a bit because larger S/H have a strangle hold and will not countenance unnecessary dilution.
In any event I think you're right and small share holders, given there are so few, will be "fairly" treated. Something made clearer to me recently in another company (ATC) is that management and the board need smaller shareholders to provide the liquidity for reasonable daily pricing. If it's all instos. and sophs. than they get their arms twisted too often. IMA would be a classic case in that regard just look at the tightness of the register and the SP moves/increases. All IMHO.
