I would like to add that they are raising money now which not only allows them to position for growth but also strengthens balance sheet so they can continue operating before the next eventual capital raise. Look at the bright side for IPO punters you've found HNW money to the tune of ~$10m to back a company at a much higher price than IPO allowing it to stay afloat longer to execute the management's dream plan.

If you believe in the THC story this is amazing news. If you don't then don't buy shares..
