If true I believe this will be a good result for current SH's... small discount to last trading price and to sticky hands. With >2mill in the bank at present, I think the raise is reflective of the significant growth the company is undergoing and its effect on cash flows, plus the upcoming expenditure associated with fast-tracking the medical cannabis project.
Two of the best reasons I can think of for doing a raise... GLTA holders.
