Couple of other points to clear up:
1. If it does go into suspension, so be it. At some point on the decision tree, SHs will find out either way. Might have to wait. Might not.
2. Regarding predator! Any predatrory behaviour that I have alluded to refers to the disruption to corporate activities with a view to discredit the business and create confusion. Actions taken have not been in a responsible and business like manner. That’s just my opinion based on my experience with said faction. Eye for an eye etal. I am not suggesting a predatory takeover.
3. The last quarterly contained a lot of information but it appears that not a lot of people have actually read it and it also appears many holders have taken the advice of others, who may have a different interpretation of facts and are not necessarily supportive of, or (stock) holders of BLK.
4. The Lind facility is described as a “back-up” equity facility. I have not read the T&Cs.
