    However, if funding had been unconditional imminent then there would be no trading halt, just announcement and then trading would resume.

    Instead there is a trading halt, which makes me think that funding is not unconditional.

    I hope I am wrong- but if it was good news it would be trading again.

    maybe rights issue has had insufficient interest?

    Hope I am wrong.
