25 cents sounds like a nice neat number, so that's what I expect. Anymore would be a vote of confidence.
Bear in mind It makes no difference what the raise price is. As long as you take your full allocation you aren't diluted.
For some, the lower price the better as you can sell higher priced units and can claim a tax loss even though net profit/loss remains the same. Bring on a 10c raise price I reckon!
