IMHO it really doesn't mean anything AT THE MOMENT.
Nothing stops you from placing massive orders for any price you fancy right now and then pulling them if you don't like the Ann before trading recommences. BTW, due to nearly 500mil shares still for sale @ 0.002, the indicative opening price AT THE MOMENT is still only 0.002. No doubt this may change once the Ann is released. I certainly hope so. GLTAH
