Ann: Trading Halt, page-3

Vector Resources Limited (Company) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt immediately (prior to commencement of trade on 18 December 2017).
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market of a project acquisition;
2. It requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the acquisition and the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 20 December 2017; and
3. It is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
