OK this is my second and final speculative guess as i await the coming annoucement with bated breath....capital raising will be to fund the acquisition of a group of Tasmanian dairy farms. This will enable Tasfoods to have full control of their milk intake sourced for Meander Valley dairy products. This will in turn improve their prospects of being granted an export licence into China at some point in the future.
