The more I look into this the more i believe that my latter speculative guess on the capital raising is, as you said, "closer". I believe we will be looking at the market capitalisation of the stock more than doubling, lets guess at say additional capital of $25m to $40m, so a very significantly sized capital raising in the context of existing company balance sheet. I also believe that if they are looking at vertically intergrating the dairy side (a big if) of the business via dairy farm acquisitions the share price will perform very well in response (just look at the recent performance of LON for an example of this). Again pure speculation on my part here and i will fade off into the dark of the night without even a whimper if i end up being competely wrong.
