The first is likely, although it could also be Gayzer.
2,3 and 4 are not what I said. I just said it may mean we miss part of the upside. And the sell of the division is not there, but there is a stage in between. This is the party taking over the division becomes a shareholder first.
I just don't understand the necessity for any dilution today.
