    Any new issue of shares should only be to existing shareholders. I am ready to oppose any other proposal and am " seasoned " in shareholder / Board combat by my CTP experience. CTP shareholders defeated Macquarie SOA and the Chair has fallen on his sword. Long-term AJL shareholders should prepare to defend their potential wealth and dismiss aggressively Board and or CEO who propose to steal it.
