OK so another scenario - maybe this does not have anything to do with the current Cuadrilla/Centrica/AJL drilling & will not involve SH dilution.

I can't see why Kerogen would dilute themselves with a cornerstone at this stage.

How about if it is a something along the lines of Centrica's deal with Cuadrilla ? i.e. AJL has several juicy licences in the UK & Europe, what if Total or Shell or someone of the sort wants to drill & test one of these ?

The deal could be a 'farm in' type deal where Total/Shell get xyz% of the play for funding/drilling & testing it ?

I am not sure how tightly AJL is in JV with Cuadrilla & in which licenses but I am sure there will be potential for something like the above.

That would sure put a rocket under the SP & IMO makes more sense than diluting SH's at this stage of the Cuadrilla drill.

It has taken WAY longer than I would have thought a 'simple' script deal should have taken, so maybe the complexity is in the terms of a 'farm in' deal somewhere totally different to the current Cuadrilla drill.

Anyway we may find out today, unless all the directors, lawyers etc are still on holiday.
