    Or a deal structure similar to Pharmaceutical drug development deal based on milestones result of outcome of clinical trial. The big boy fund the cost of clinical trial in progress (our case future drilling/production cost and current debt) and then if outcome is good (flow rate) they pay a big installment and ongoing parentage of royalty.
