I would have thought that as an existing share holder we would get the value of the spin off in shares for free as MTC is losing an asset to Icobalt which you own as an MTC holder. Shouldn't it be more like 1 to 4 and why is it restricted to 20k shares or more only? Everyone gets diluted not just the big holders. I know people who hold less than that who will get nothing and aren't in it for the stag profit. I hope the real deal isn't what I have read so far.
