A team associated with two major shareholders Keith Hudson and Abdullah Abdallah is trying to replace the existing management team except Louis Carrol. My thoughts are they are setting up or have already got a take over offer. Obviously think current management who continually miss expectations are destroying the share price so trying to get some return after seeing millions wiped from their shareholders last couple of years.
