SURELY they would not impose a trading halt for a negative guidance update? I just looked through last 2 years of announcements and could not find one example of TH before guidance update (and as we know there have been a few -ve updates)
I think they have just had to bring an update forward to help with the 240d and stop the share price bleed and give them time to respond- certainly some good news here would pretty much mean current board will remain.
Has been hard to get any response from Yowie recently but not surprising this time of year (nor would a massive spike in sales?
Time will tell....
