Hey guys, I havent been around for a long time as I've been out of the investing game.

My thoughts would be that this is institutional.
The rapid increase in share price over the past month was probably people hearing rumours.

I have no doubt that VLA wouldve been bought out by now if it was a private company (and the big pharma couldve done a milestone buyout)

Buying in, in cap raises, is more similar to a milestone buyout than a takeover bid is.

Its slow progress but i dont think the science is anyworse than it was a year ago, its just the slow grind of biotechs (that are having to prove results rather than speculative junk that goes up or down for no reason)
