Excellent link. The guidance for expedited programmes lays out the numerous avenues for applicants to explore, and there could be a good case argued for Cavatak's inclusion into an expedited process. But to me it seems far from clear cut. I don't recall VLA specifically mentioning an intent to pursue an expedited approval process. Yet.
