Not necessarily. Retail investors don't have their hands on them, and if you were a sophisticated or cornerstone investor, you're not stumping up the big bucks to make a measly 10-15%. You'd be in it to take advantage of the growth story in the medium to long term. The beauty of this rights issue will be, if the issue price is 45c, 44 million additional shares will be issued, which represents an increase of 29% of the shares in current circulation, or 16% the total issued shares including those in escrow.
