I think the chances of the vote not getting up is zero - ECM and Adam Boyd hold about 85% of the shares. This just looks like a cautious dotting i's and crossing t's, if there is a SP re-rate, I guess they don't want to be seen as the SH's in the meeting knowing before the rest of the market(??)
