This extract to the ASX’s response from MXC on the 3rd Jan. As others have posted, I believe in my own opinion that MXC, possibly, is not waiting for Varma to test the product sent to them but is it a possibility that Varma is waiting for this approval before payment?? Hence not announcing, solely, the GMP certification but possibly waiting for the initial payment after Varma can see we are now GMP certified and announcing both??

Could be wrong but I don't think you need a GMP license for cosmetics, you just need to prove they are not harmful to humans.

Unless you are claiming they treat some skin disease or ailment at which point the FDA/ema/that get involved.

Varm Cosmo isn't claiming this asaik. So doubt that is the reason, also you're claiming the company lied to the market, which I hope is not the case.
