I'm always wary of sell on news events, because there has been a lot of accumulation over the past few months and there could be some profit taking. I'm not at all saying this won't immediately have a nice spike, but I am saying don't count your chickens (at least in the short term). We may need a few months to fully see the gains in the SP of this announcement as we churn through some accumulated shares and start the cycle anew.
