If smlfry has managed to find this information out before the TH then its just another example of BOD incompetence. The certification would have or should have been issued directly to MGC pharma. Following that then the BOD would be compelled to issue the TH. So who the F released this information before the TH or was there some sort of communication breakdown within MGC management. The ASX may have something to say about this if someone complains that they sold to someone who had access to information not available to the rest of the market. MGC could be in trouble over this
