perhaps that's why it hasn't moved out of the 1.6c-1.7c range last couple of days? cappers keeping it down for accumulation. not everything gets a leaky boat pump pre announce. and any people wanting to jump on will be in a rush now. might see good action on open depending on the CR specifics.
