They have mentioned its one carrier only, so lets say max 40-50% of their DCB revenue is at risk, which they have also stated is material, even if its for 4 months only. However if that carrier wins and goes ahead, expect the others to get on board quicksmart, if just for reputational status. DCB revenues would be peanuts to them. So there could be even more bad news if all 3 decide to cut DCB, and can contractually. Flip side is they get an injunction or compensation and will still lose those revenues before too long.
I would have expected all companies operating a DCB operation to get involved in a group action, which would give more weight to a case against the carrier. Taking them on singularly is a tough ask. David v Goliath.
