PENINSULA ENERGY LIMITED: TRADING HALT REQUEST
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Peninsula Energy Limited (PEN or the Company) requests a trading halt to the quotation of its securities, pending an announcement from the Company in relation to changes to uranium concentrate sale and purchase agreements.
The following information is provided in relation to this request:
1. PEN expects the trading halt to last until an announcement is made which will be no later than before the commencement of trading on Thursday 1 February 2018.
2. PEN is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
