Doubtless you know, but there are plenty of examples of ASX Aware queries via an easy search, and they generally relate to who knew what about a deal, and when, relative to the timing of announcements. In between there are usually abnormal volumes traded or price action, and a direct question as to whether the company is in compliance with the listing rules.
In fact, from an old ASX announcement (Aug 2017):
"³Aware letters are sent by ASX following an announcement by a listed entity and ask for details of when the listed entity became aware of the material information contained in the announcement."
If I had to guess this will be related to the flagging of the Ingram deal at the last cap raise, and the certainty or otherwise around it, then the length of time it took to announce, and the significant share sales between those dates. They may assert that it wasn't the right thing to do way back last year, but I'm just an internet idiot so I don't know.
