Have to agree Gracie. Have invested in a number of these companies based on hope and a licence, very little cash, which tends to spun into a few individuals pockets, being built into a house of cards.
This is a surprise, a very good one. Totally understand why the market hasn't been jumping over itself, when been told on a number of times, a version of the cheque is in the mail, final details of finance are being negotiated or a full licence is just about to be granted.
