I did a quick calculation of the average share price for the last 15 days, and its 10c.
The VWAP would have been larger as it includes a weighted average of share price and amount of shares sold.
It would seem from this rough calculation that the placement price of 11c is not subject to any sizable discount if indeed there was one at all
