I apologise for the plethora of posts but just one last one. I obtained the formula for calculating the VWAP of a share from the Investopedia website and the VWAP of BOT for the last 15 trading days is 12.19 which means that the discount given for the share placement was 10% if they used a 15 day VWAP, which I believe they did.
