You have gone out on a leng with this one. I think the only known truth is the last six words here.
Imagine if they had done the raise after a little bit of preliminary positive news in the dermatitis trial. They may have raised at 25cents, and quite possibly only needed half. I'll 'av 'alf. Rathr rushed, and we may get an explanation. Maybe Bell have said they would buy another 200 million on market?
