Now here is the issue. We have on poster with information that it is about Brazil legislation. We also have that fact coupled with the app being taken down. If it was for signing or some sort of revenue the app would not be down. It would be up to encourage membership.

I think indeed it points to something with legislation. The reason why they need such a long TH could be time to word the ANN carefully. This could be something negative.
