The Milestone 1 performance shares expire on Friday, the $5Mil revenue(Milestone 1)would be for actual revenue in a 12 month cycle preceding the expiry date....so any 12 month period over the last 2 years prior to expiry date is the way i read the issuing of performance shares. The remainder of the performance shares are dependent on further revenue Milestone being met within the allotted timeframes.
