In all seriousness,

I do not think that the Ann will be just new contract signing from ISPs.
It is expected that we will have additional contracts signed by today.
Sub numbers are unlikely to be the reason for a TH too as they are unlikely to be significant at this stage.

My actual prediction is that we have a contract with an ISP or 2 that dominates the country of Brazil (top 5).

If there is a contract that has a minimum sub gurantee of 1 mil+ it would be TH worthy.

Just my thoughts.
