Perhaps people are doing this in MNS as well - the constant falling knife shows little support - perhaps people are seeing a downstream exit point ???

Hi Rat,

Have you noticed that no 3B disclosure has been announced by MNS yet?

Usually the 3B disclosure comes very shortly after the end of the capital raising is announced.

I wonder if they are waiting for some people to pay or something?
