gosh robbo24 are you having difficulties understanding the Tanz situation?? - been explained so many times before by so many posters - once clarification from Tanz Govt obtained then we see where things stand. Until then we are all treading water there for obvious reasons explained multiple times - so why have you been unable to wrap your head around this simplistic fact??? - get the blinkers off!!

as far as sourcing fro other sources - no doubt may need to be done depending on what Tanz Govt will end up with and time delays that will result - so IMO good management decision. What do you expect that another Tanz hopeful that is awaiting finance will do should there be lengthy time delays (which we all hope won't happen) - IMO it is obvious what will occur in that instance (but I hope the best there).

we have options to cover most bases to ensure that other time frames will be met.
