Well given it is apparently material - then I would say they are looking for at least $20mil. Whether that be all by direct capital raise or placement partial placement to the current owner of the asset. So you guys are likely looking at least another 50 to 100mil shares, and you haven't even gotten close to funding anything that will actually earn you money like the mine and/or other fantasies so yes that is one hell of a dilution.
